Well, obviously I didn't end up writing over the weekend. I was feeling lazier than usual in regards to my blog. I do want to say that on Saturday I ended up having a cheat meal. I have not been losing weight even though I've been eating super healthily, and working out. It was at that point that I thought it might do my body good to have a cheat meal and see how that affected me. So it was pizza and breadsticks, and it was absolutely delicious. I had been craving bread like nobody's business!
Thankfully this did not get me off track too badly. I did go up 1 pound, but I am okay with that. Day 18 was pretty boring, and there isn't much to say about it.
On Day 19, (which is today), I am right back on track. Everything is the same as it usually is. I made stir fry for the low glycemic meal, but omitted mushrooms, and added broccoli and asparagus. It was delicious. Also, one of my new jeans that I had ordered came in today. They are True Religion jeans, size 28/6 and to my delight they fit! I'm so excited about this.
