Welp, another day has been completed, hooray. Today wasn't too bad at all, but I have been a little hungry throughout the day. I think it's just with all the overeating I'd been doing. It will take a little while for my stomach to "shrink" again.
I did work out with my trainer today as well, the focus was really arms and chest. I was excited because she had me do bench dips, and I was facing the mirror doing them (that's not the exciting part), as I was doing the "dip" I saw my triceps! That was amazingly awesome.
For lunch I ended up having Qdoba's naked chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans, habanero salsa, and lots of lettuce. It was delicious! That was my balanced low glycemic meal, otherwise I just stuck to my plan.
Anyway, I don't have a lot more to say. I'm going to my last shake of the day and then my food will be done for the day T.T
