Wow, it's getting close to the end of this cleanse! Today is much like any other day. I just finished my workout with my trainer, and it was a leg day. Anytime I have a leg day I feel absolutely pooped right after, and that feeling stays for about an hour. Then I feel completely normal again. I'm not too hungry right now, but I really need to eat my low glycemic meal soon. (Especially since I finished my workout not too long ago!) I am so happy to have a working heart rate monitor again too. I saw that in 35 minutes I burned 432 calories, woo hoo!
My trainer thought I looked smaller, even though my weight hasn't changed. (The pound I had gained from my cheat is gone again.) I'm hoping that I start seeing the scale go down soon. I also discussed with her that I think that I'm not getting enough calories in my day, and she agreed that is likely the case. She suggested I try to add fruits to my shakes, or add a couple of extra snacks in throughout the day. I don't want to overdo it because that would go against all of the hard work I've put in. I've only had around 900 calories per day lately though (at most), which is really low... Anyway, only a few more days and then I'm back to a normal menu, and I'm looking forward to that. I plan on doing an overall thought/review of Isagenix a couple of days after it's complete, and whether or not I would recommend it. I will also include if I have any weight gain after going off the Isagenix products.
