I added a little extra food today, (a protein bar). I also decided to try add pumpkin spice to my shake and that was an excellent idea. I think I am going to do that from here on out! Highly recommended if you like pumpkiny flavored things. I am also thinking of getting frozen strawberries and trying to add them to the shake instead. It will be like chocolate covered strawberries, mmmmm. If I do try that, I'll make sure to say how it tastes.
There was no workout today, but tomorrow is going to be a circuit day which is always tough! I wasn't sore all day, and then towards the evening my hamstrings got a little tired. It's nothing crazy, but there is a little bit of discomfort.
