Well today was my day of measurements and tracking weight. I am down 4.2 pounds in one week! As for my measurements, I really didn't change much, the only areas that were smaller were: bust, abdomen, and waist. Everything else was measured the same.
I had my workout today with my trainer, and it was like a circuit day, but still not absolutely crazy. Jump squats, squat with a bicep curl at the end, shuffles, lunges, candlestick curls, etc. Overall I felt fine, but my stupid heart rate monitor is broken, and this was my first workout without it. It was pretty scary because I wasn't sure how I would feel, but I've gotten better at being in tune with myself.
For dinner I tried to replicate what I would get at Qdoba, which is their naked chicken burrito with lots of lettuce. It did not taste the same, but it still tasted delicious. I will include a picture below. 2 cups of romaine lettuce, 1/2 cup of lime cilantro brown rice, 1/3 cup black beans, 4 oz of grilled chicken breast (super yummy marinade used), and some salsa on top. I'm going to have that for dinner again tomorrow. It's a lot of food, and incredibly filling, and right around 375 calories. Not bad at all!
