Today was another weigh day for me, except this time with my personal trainer. When I checked this morning I saw that I finally hit the next "decade." I was so excited to see this. Additionally, in 4 months I have lost 30 pounds! Today was a chest circuit day, filled with many different moves. I think the hardest was plank walking on a treadmill and pop pushups. It was good though, and although I did get sweaty, I didn't get overly heated - which tends to happen at the location we meet on Fridays.
Food-wise 2 shakes, one good meal, some snacks. That is my day. I made my qdoba style naked burrito again today, and it was again very tasty. I'm definitely going to keep throwing that in the mix. I'd really like to try to make my own habanero salsa, (though it's probably not going to be nearly as tasty as qdoba's.) If that doesn't work out, I think I may just stick with my favorite store salsa which is Emerald Valley medium - which surprisingly has a great kick to it.
I haven't completely decided yet if I'm just going to do my first cleanse day tomorrow, or if I will start it on Sunday. I think if I don't have visitors tomorrow, I will just get it out of the way. I'd still like to do a workout tomorrow too, but that will also depend on if I do a cleanse or not.
