Originally I wasn't planning on doing an unboxing video, but I think I might do one just in case anyone is interested in checking out exactly what I got. Additionally, I do plan on doing a review on how everything tastes because it really seems like there is a lack of that online.
I'm looking forward to getting started on the program, and seeing what kind of results I have. My lofty goal is to lose at least 15 pounds, but my realistic goal is closer to 5-10 pounds in 1 month. I'm also planning on weighing myself, and taking all of my measurements to see where I start, and my progress along the way. I do plan on updating this blog pretty regularly throughout the 30 days, and I might do a few vlogs occasionally as well (though I'm not 100% sure on that, since I've never actually posted one).
I do have a workout scheduled with my trainer tomorrow in the late afternoon, so it'll be interesting to see how I feel with starting this program and exercising. It is likely that tomorrow will be upper body, which tends to be lower intensity anyway, but if I feel any sort of fatigue or weakness, I'll definitely make sure to include that information.
