It seems as though I went on a bit of a hiatus! With that being said, I was still following my Isagenix 30 day cleanse, but I really wasn't feeling motivated to write.
Today isn't very different, but I did work out, and I thought I would at least talk about that a little bit. It was a leg day, yay! The first round consisted of the quad machine, then walking lunges. The 2nd round was on the inverted leg press machine, (normal width "squats/presses"), and seated calf raises on the calf machine. The 3rd and final round was the single leg dead lift (with a 5 pound kettlebell), and sumo squats (with a 15 pound kettlebell). By the end my legs were shaking, and my quads were very fatigued. After about an hour or so, I was feeling back to normal, and right now I have no soreness. Wwe'll se
