Well I'm nearing being half way done with the 30 day cleanse. It's pretty crazy how quickly it's going by! I'm not sure how much my weight will change from a "cleanse day" to a "non cleanse day," but when I weighed myself this morning I was down another pound. I imagine that I won't have lost anything tomorrow, but I should be right around the same spot. So far that's been 5 pounds.
I'll be working out with my trainer tomorrow. Since I'm coming off a cleanse she might have my workout be a little lighter, but I intend on letting her know that I started my cleanse a day early, so I do have some food in the system.
This is definitely becoming habitual for me. I still do not have any cravings, nor do I feel the need to cheat. It's the weirdest thing! Call me strange, but I love having candy in the house. I think it's presence comforts me, since I know if I have a massive craving, I can have some. 2 of my favorites, (rolos and reeses miniature cups) were on sale the other day, so I bought some. Even thinking about those, I do not want any - and for anyone who knows me, they know I love chocolate. Something I do to tell, (when I am off the wagon, or on), is place it in an area I don't go to often. In this case I just stuck them in my freezer. I kept them in the store's plastic bag as well, so they're not easily visible either. I also like to keep the bag closed as long as possible. Does anyone else do something like that?!
Well I don't have much more to add right now. Things have been going fine, and I intend on it to stay that way.
