I will definitely update to say if there was any loss, gain, or nothing at all. It's always difficult because you never exactly know how your body will react! I'd like to have lost 2 pounds this week, so I still have a chance for that. I don't have a scheduled workout with my trainer tomorrow, so I will do a home workout - I think I'll do a daily burn video. It'll be fun to see if my legs are sore tomorrow or not.
For anyone who is interested, leg circuit today consisted of: alternating lunges, dead lifts, alternating reverse lunges, move on the assisted pull-up machine (put one foot on the pad that you usually rest on, lift your leg to a 90 degree angle, and then push the pad down), hip thrusts, narrow squats on an incline squat machine, jump or pop squats, and regular squats with heels on dumbbells.
