Hooray for eating more! After 2 days of eating ~200 calories more than I have been, I have lost another pound. I am going to keep this up, just to make sure it's not a fluke, but I do think that my body was needing a little more nourishment-wise.
Today was a general circuit day with my trainer. As I've mentioned before, (at least I think I have), my heart rate gets really high, really fast. I will literally be doing one move and my heart rate will go up to about 180-190. This just means that in between each move I give myself a little more resting time to get to a lower rate. My trainer thought that was good news about eating more, and actually made another suggestion. She asked about my heart rate when I work out on my own, which I let her know is very similar to that of when I'm working out with her. She gave me a goal to keep my heart rate between 135-150. I'm going to try it out, but that's going to be so crazy for me, and I honestly think I'll feel like I'm slacking haha. She said that she rarely gets to tell people to do that, so I thought that was kind of funny.
My last pair of jeans that I ordered came in today. They are Seven for All Mankind, and also a size 28. These do not have as much stretch as the other two, so I can get them past my hips, (but just barely). As sad as I am that I can't wear them right away, I think they are just what I needed. They will be a great gauge for me to see how far I'm coming along, even if my weight isn't dropping. My goal is to at least be able to button them in about 2-3 weeks from now.
