I didn't do an update yesterday, so I figured I would include that information with today's blog. I will start off by saying that for some reason I have felt hungry both yesterday and today. I think part of it is not drinking enough water overall, but I also think it's because I was lazy in regards to what my "low glycemic meal" was. The past 2 days instead of eating a healthy balanced meal, I've had a meal replacement bar instead, so I'm going to change that tomorrow, and I have a feeling that will help a lot.
Yesterday I did a workout with my trainer. Usually my Tuesdays are circuit training days, but she switched it up on me, and I ended up doing shoulders with a little bit of abs. I actually felt perfectly fine working out, and didn't feel like I was going to pass out or anything. My heart rate was pretty easy to get up, but overall I've had feelings of anxiousness, so I think that was part of the reason. My abs and triceps are actually a little sore today. She had me do pop push ups, (she told me to do the wimpy version with knees on the ground), but those were definitely a hard move. I got home and tried to do a regular version and did 2 haha. I think that is what caused my triceps to be sore.
Tomorrow is my official weight/measurement day for Isagenix, and then Friday is my weight day for my trainer. I will put an update on my total loss (if any...) I will also update on how I feel once I have a regular meal added to my day, as well as how I felt during my workout - especially if it is a harder day like circuit or legs.
