Another modified cleanse day for me. It's about 2 pm and I actually feel okay, but I am quite sure that later in the evening the hunger will set in. I'd like to get a good workout in too, and without food that will be a bit harder. If I'm not too hungry by the evening, I may just have a "pure" cleanse day, but I do have my chicken marinating in the delicious marinade right now.
I do want to mention that I ended up feeling nauseous again, but it wasn't immediate. I drank the cleanse for life first thing in the morning, I got ready for the day and headed to the grocery store to pick up items for my marinade. By the time I got home I started feeling queasy. I had my isadelight and felt better by that point.
I got a call yesterday from my apartment office telling me of a package. I realized that my extra cleanse for life had come. I ordered the liquid version rather than the powder. It's still not my favorite drink, but the liquid is easier to deal with, (the powder takes a bit to be mixed). The liquid version also has a strong cherry flavor that I actually prefer.
Around 4 P.M. I decided to eat my naked chicken burrito bowl, since I wanted to get a workout in. I ate that, and after about an hour I was feeling really hungry still, so I had an Isalean bar as well. Once I ate that, I felt completely full for the rest of the day.
I ended up attempting to do the 60 minute TurboFire video, but only got 30 minutes through. It was incredibly hot, (even with the AC and fan blowing on me). The jumping was making feel quite nauseous as well. Something about the Isagenix makes me feel extra gassy, especially in the forms of burping and belching. It's so strange to me because I have never had this problem before in my life. Anyway, after one glorious belch I did end up feeling quite a bit better, but I tried to forge on and started feeling nauseous again. I decided 30 minutes was better than nothing at all, and stopped at that point.
All in all everything is going fine. I imagine that once I get back to my shakes and food, I won't feel quite this funky. I do plan on working out tomorrow morning, and I'm hoping I do not have the same issue, though I am pretty sure it won't be a problem. I will of course do an update on that though.
